Who We Are
Working Towards a More Equitable Future
A global, youth-led organization committed to advancing women's economic empowerment and health. Across 13+ countries, we amplify youth voices, spotlight women's stories, and create initiatives that address barriers to women's health, dignity, and economic participation.
Our Mission.
The Kandi Initiative works to improve women's economic participation by reducing period poverty through increasing access to menstrual products, supporting menstrual health management (MHM) infrastructure improvement, and leveraging education programmes to de-stigmatize the menstrual cycle and improve menstrual health knowledge.
Our Vision.
A world where every woman and girl can manage menstruation safely and with dignity, and where all women can fully participate in education, economic opportunities, and community life.
